Finest Spaces maintains professional liability insurance. However, we are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the images, including copyright, remain with Finest Spaces. Upon full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use the images for their intended commercial purpose.
Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of your property information and will not share details about your property or business without your permission, except as required by law or for portfolio purposes where we have retained usage rights.
Force Majeure
Finest Spaces is not liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or equipment failure.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
